What we don't do
Knowing where the line is keeps your numbers safe.

- Payroll
- Logging in to your accounts. We work only from files you send, and we never ask for passwords.
- Rush or same-day work, because that's when checking gets skipped
Terms, refunds, and privacy
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). There's no deposit. We quote a fixed price, build your sheet, and show you the finished work first. If you want to keep it, we send one invoice for the quoted price; if you don't, you owe nothing. Invoices are sent by email and paid by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or US bank transfer (ACH).
Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure invoice page. Your card and bank details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
Delivery
Everything we deliver is digital. When the work is done, you get a full preview by the date in your quote: a walkthrough video of your finished sheet and a picture of every tab. If you want to keep it, pay the invoice and your files (Excel workbook, Google Sheet, or CSV) unlock for download on the Your files page of our website, with the job code from our email, within one business day of payment. You have 14 days from the preview to decide. If we don't hear from you by then, we close the job with a short note and you owe nothing. Most projects take two to four business days. Nothing is shipped.
Refunds and cancellations
If the finished file doesn't do what the quote said, we fix it at no charge. If we can't fix it, we refund what you paid.
Before you pay, there's nothing to cancel: if you decide not to keep the work, just tell us and you owe nothing. After you pay, the fix-or-refund promise above applies.
Problems and disputes
If something isn't right, email operations@optimus-analytics.com with your quote number. We reply within one business day and work with you until it's resolved. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most problems are fixed faster that way.
How the work is done
We use AI tools to help prepare deliverables, which means your files are processed by an AI service provider during the project. Every deliverable is checked against your source data before it's sent.
Terms of service
The quote defines the work. Changes outside it are quoted separately before we start them. We don't provide tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice, and our files aren't prepared for filing or for your accountant. Please review each delivered file before relying on it. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
Privacy policy
What we collect. Your name, business name, email address, the files you send us, and the details needed to invoice you. If you use our Your files page, also your answers to our intake questions, and the standard request logs of our file service (IP address, browser, and time), which Google Cloud keeps for about 30 days. Payment details are collected by Stripe, not by us.
How we use it. Only to quote, complete, deliver, and invoice your project, and to reply to you. We never sell or share your information or files, except with the service providers needed to do the work: Google (email and file storage), Stripe (payments), and our AI service provider (processing during the project).
How long we keep it. We use the files you send only for your job. Files uploaded through our site are deleted from our storage automatically 30 days after upload, and working copies we make during the job are deleted when it's finished. Files sent by email are deleted on request, within 30 days of your request. Job codes and job names are kept for 90 days. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
This website. The site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Your choices. Email us to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. Please don't send files containing passwords, Social Security numbers, or bank account numbers.
